Sr Tax Manager

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Masters and CPA preferred
• 8+ years of income tax experience including significant experience related to US income tax accounting under ASC740 at a large corporation or with a Big 4 public accounting firm
• Advanced knowledge of ASC 740, Accounting for Income Taxes, broad knowledge of US GAAP accounting, and experience with statutory accounting processes
• Broad understanding of U.S. tax rules
• Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to effectively explain complex tax issues to various stakeholders
• Experienced people manager with an ability to inspire, mentor, and develop talent
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail
• A team-player who focuses on collaboration and building strong relationships throughout the organization
   

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Masters in Accounting or Taxation
• CPA certification
• Experience in a Big 4 accounting firm
• Experience with OneSource Tax Provision, OneStream, Alteryx or Tableau is highly desirable
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to review and audit complex formulas in Excel
