Sr. Network Administrator

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting large-scale enterprise networks.
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring systems, wireless technologies, security practices, and routing protocols in complex environments.
• Familiarity with operational technology (OT) systems and protocols commonly used in the oil and gas industry (e.g., SCADA, PLCs) is preferred.
• Understanding of OT cybersecurity frameworks and best practices (e.g., NIST 800-82, Purdue Model for ICS) is preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive mindset.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNP, CISSP, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively within a collaborative, team-oriented setting.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
