Maintenance Manager
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Engineering BS degree with at least 7 years of experience working in refining, midstream, petrochemical, or chemical manufacturing.
- Equivalent plant maintenance supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated leadership ability gained through prior management and/or supervisory assignments.
- Knowledgeable in broad technical areas such as rotating equipment (pumps, turbines, compressors, etc.) and stationary equipment (pressure vessels, piping, etc.).
- Experience with Oracle and Maximo is preferred.
- Valid driver license with the ability to meet the Targa vehicle policy.
- Ability to learn federal, health and safety regulations.
- Read and speak the English language proficiently, understand safety instructions, and respond to inquiries.
- Excellent written / oral communication skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and with external customers.
- Ability to understand budgeting and project economics.
- Working knowledge and understanding of company policies, HSE requirements, operations, and maintenance work processes.
- Regular and Reliable Attendance.
