Analyzer Supervisor
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum of 5 years of work-related work experience.
· High School Diploma or equivalent required.
· Strong knowledge and understanding of relevant API, GPA, and ASTM measurement standards.
· Knowledge of gas chromatography techniques and practical experience with operating a gas chromatograph.
· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software modules, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power BI.
· Familiarity with company safety protocols, labor policies, and personnel procedures.
· Ability to interpret meter schematics, understand pipeline flow dynamics, and possess a basic knowledge of terminal operations.
· Proficient in diagnosing and analyzing measurement issues, with the ability to determine appropriate corrective actions.
· Strong commitment to Environmental, Safety, and Health (ES&H) compliance.
· Extensive experience in all aspects of gas and liquid measurement.
· Regular and reliable attendance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Two-year associate degree in instrumentation or equivalent training providing a comprehensive understanding of analyzers.
· Five years’ experience in NGL or Petrochemical facility.
· Proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate into major problems.
· Vast supervisory experience overseeing the daily activities of analyzer technicians is preferred.
· Skilled in prioritizing tasks and managing workload efficiently.
· Committed to fostering strong customer relationships by responding to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
· Capable of planning, coaching, and providing constructive feedback to employees on their performance and developmental needs.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with external partners, including customers, suppliers, contractors, and vendors.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Adaptable in interacting with individuals of varying personalities and work styles.
· Takes full responsibility for job performance and outcomes.
· Collaborative team player, working effectively with others to achieve common goals.
· Respects and values the experiences and contributions of others.
