Learning & Development Representative

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree preferred.

• Minimum of 2-5 years of work-related experience.

• Strong and effective organizational skills and able to manage multiple projects.

• Strong experience in project management, certification preferred.

• Effective communicator at all levels of an organization and with individuals and groups.

• Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

• Strong sense of accountability with excellent verbal/written communications.

• Prior experience and skills in developing and improving processes.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Serves as an ongoing resource for assigned projects and employees to help identify opportunities for improvement.

• Working knowledge of third-party service provider contracts

• Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.).

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.

• Ability to influence across all levels of the organization.

• Ability to adapt to new processes and technology.

• Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction.

• Ability to work well within a team environment.

• This position may require non-standard work hours to support business needs.

• Thrives in a fast-paced and changing environment.

• Able to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.

• Works well under pressure and meets deadlines.

• Availability to travel (to include overnight trips) as needed.
