Financial Systems Support Analyst
MINIMUM ESSSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, and/or 2-3 years equivalent work experience
- Specific focus on maintaining mission critical, production systems either in Accounting or Business Intelligent/Data Analytics
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle or Microsoft SQL, stored procedures, table operations and database design
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an aptitude for problem solving
- Strong reading and listening comprehension skills
- Must be able to independently resolve issues and efficiently self-direct work activities based on the ability to capture, organize, and analyze information
- Ability to learn database structures quickly and with minimal guidance or documentation
- Ability to write data queries using Oracle and Microsoft SQL with minimal guidance
- High comfort with tying different data systems together without defined keys
- Experience with testing methods
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Experience delivering solutions that align with business strategies
- Experience troubleshooting complicated issues and driving to solutions
- Experience supporting resources performing user acceptance, regression and other required system tests, ensuring that system and/or related integration issues that arise are identified, researched and closed in a timely manner
- Experience providing technical solutions to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work in a team-oriented setting
- Ability to deal with internal employees and external business contacts while conveying a positive, service-oriented attitude
- Regular and reliable attendance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle or Micrsoft SQL
- Experience with Alteryx or similar data analytics tools
