Credit Analyst

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in financial, analytical and/or credit related work, energy industry experience and / or commercial banking experience required.
• Working knowledge of legal and commercial contract structures and ability to interpret contract terms and recommend credit limits and credit risk mitigants.
• Advanced PC skills to include knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism with the ability to work both individually and in a team environment with minimal supervision while maintaining an outgoing and assertive demeanor.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a self-motivating attitude
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining an attention to detail, quality, and timeliness and ensuring accurate work output.
• Ability to work outside of normal eight hour/day work schedule, as needed, and adjust work schedule with minimum notice.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills (both oral and written) required to interface with all affected teams, personnel, and external counterparties.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• MBA a plus, CFA a plus
