Technical Programs Manager
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, Education, or a related field from an accredited university.
- 8+ years of experience in training, learning strategy, or related roles, preferably supporting engineering, construction, or technical organizations.
- Demonstrated experience designing and leading educational programs in a professional environment
- Strong ability to partner with technical leaders and translate complex operational needs into scalable talent solutions.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as working knowledge of common LMS technologies.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in midstream oil & gas, energy, or heavy industrial environments.
- Familiarity with engineering and construction workflows, roles, technologies, terminology, and competency expectations.
- Experience supporting or integrating Learning Management Systems (LMS) within broader talent strategies.
- Strong analytical capability, including experience with talent metrics, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
- Knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and safety-driven workforce practices within E&C environments.
