Sr Manager EPM Functional Support

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or similar discipline
• 8+ years’ EPM experience working in an environment where functions we supported by one or more of the following technologies: OneStream, Hyperion Planning, HFM, PBCS/ePBCS, Anaplan
• 8+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience around EPM processes
• 4+ years’ experience leading or managing teams, and change initiatives (especially in a project management role)
• Record of consistent career progression with increasing levels of responsibility
• Deep functional knowledge around financial systems and processes
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• OneStream experience/exposure will be preferred
• Competence in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Great interpersonal, teambuilding, communication, and presentation skills
• Sense of responsibility to self, team, and internal customers
• A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
• Proven skills as a project manager on multiple full life cycle implementations
• Ability to engage and manage senior-level relationships
• Demonstrates a growth and learning oriented mindset
• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management preferred
