MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of HR/Compliance experience.
- Must demonstrate good interpersonal, presentation and critical thinking skills
- Advanced customer service skills required to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal law, as well as, demonstrated knowledge of applicable regulatory standards (i.e. FMLA, ADA, DOT, etc)
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
