Sr Administrative Assistant
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Three to five years of executive administrative/assistant experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in managing multiple calendars and travel logistics.
- Experience processing invoices (preferred experience in OFC)
- Licensed Notary Preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work harmoniously in a team setting.
- Understand others’ emotions and work well with a team to foster cohesion and effective collaboration.
- Ability to prioritize daily work schedule and function with minimum supervision.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands, and able to deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.
- Exceptional presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work overtime and adjust work schedule with minimum notice.
- Able to lift 25 pounds to move files and retrieve information.
- Regular and reliable attendance
