MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent years of proven executive level administrative support experience.
  • Minimum 5 plus years of related work experience in a corporate environment
  • 2 years minimum experience supporting an Information Technology department
  • Must be able to handle and maintain confidential and sensitive information
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products (O365, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and VISIO)
  • Strong project/event coordination experience
  • Extensive experience with expense management and budgeting
  • Ability to interact logically, effectively and professionally with all levels of management and with all types of employees, applicants and internal/external customers
  • Experience setting up meetings to include tracking, scheduling and managing calendars
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Well-organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work harmoniously in a team setting
  • Ability to work overtime and adjust work schedule with minimum notice
  • Hand/eye coordination necessary to operate office equipment
  • Able to lift 25 pounds to move files and retrieve information
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
