MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related degree.
- 7+ years of experience designing and executing talent management processes and programs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and activities to meet multiple competing deadlines.
- Demonstrated consultative, relationship building, and interpersonal skills at all levels of organization.
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
