MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mechanical Engineering preferred and/or 5 years equivalent work experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Reliability Engineering, Project Management, and Asset Management.
- Knowledge of Maximo 7.6 Oil and Gas preferred.
- Maximo 7.6 certification preferred.
- Experience utilizing Power BI reports.
- Knowledge of ISO14224, ISO 55000, and NEC codes and standard
- Expert ability to analyze operations, read and understand asset performance metrics, read and understand labor and craft performance metrics, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Excellent PC skills and proficient with applicable software applications.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Familiar with and or able to implement Company safety policies and procedures.
- An excellent self-starter and able to work successfully with minimal supervision.
- Skilled at delivering in-person training and engage employees in learning EAM-related skills and abilities.
- Effective trust building and partnership management skills.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds
- Ability to work in changing climate conditions and a plant environment
- Able to work in close quarters: i.e., work while kneeling, squatting, sitting, climbing, and standing.
- Follow and adhere to all applicable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines (ex: eye protection, footwear, FRC).
- The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
- Travel to Targa locations is expected as needed.
