Planner Scheduler Lead
🔍 Midland, Texas
- Apprenticeship program or technical school background is desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years of industry experience in midstream oil and gas, and specifically in industrial maintenance operations including maintenance skilled craft knowledge (i.e., pipe fitting, electrical, instrumentation, machinery, etc.)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience conducting Planner/Scheduler activities in the management of maintenance work
- Knowledge of midstream oil and gas, gas plants, pipelines
- Knowledge of Maximo 7.6 Oil and Gas
- Maximo 7.6 certification
- Well versed in Power BI
- Expert ability to analyze operations, read and understand asset performance metrics, read and understand labor and craft performance metrics, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Excellent PC skills and be proficient with applicable software applications.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Familiar with and or able to implement Company safety policies and procedures.
- An excellent self-starter and able to work successfully with minimal supervision.
- Skilled at delivering in-person trainings and engaging employees in learning EAM-related skills and abilities.
- Effective trust building and partnership management skills.
- Regular and reliable attendance
