MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Plant equipment maintenance experience.
- Ability to utilize interpersonal communication skills in order to interface with all affected crafts, personnel, and vendors; able to work in a self-directed manner.
- Must work with a minimum of supervision and be able to manage time when given multiple tasks.
- Ability to follow and adhere to all applicable safety regulations including, but not limited to, Targa’s processes and procedures, Site Specific Rules, State and Federal regulations.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and be able to respond to call-outs as need to fulfill business objectives.
- Follow and adhere to all applicable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines (ex: eye protection, footwear, FRC).
- Regular and reliable attendance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to work in changing climate conditions and a plant environment.
- Minimum of 1-5 years’ work experience in an LPG facility.
- Being a self-starter, and ability to work with peers in collaborative efforts.
- Be able to work with internal and external customers-and verify product flows and volumes
- Able to work in close quarters: i.e., work while kneeling, squatting, sitting, climbing, and standing; ability to lift, push/pull 50 pounds.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to lift, push, and pull at least a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in changing climate conditions.
