JOB FUNCTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Perform monthly volume coordination activities for the Mont Belvieu storage facility, NGL pipelines, fractionation facilities and Galena Park terminal

·       Actively manage Best Available Volumes for Sale, Purchase, and Exchange volumes

·       Work in close relationship with Targa’s NGL Schedulers, Trading/Marketing, Business Analytics, and Accounting groups

·       Monitor and communicate pipeline information and supply changes to internal and external customer

·       Support communications between operations and customers to coordinate pipeline movements

·       Assist customers, measurement, and accounting in resolving invoicing and other volume-related issues that may arise

·       Participate in the Month End Close Process

·       Maintain contact with Contract Administration to manage contracts and obligations

·       Recommend improvements in methods, procedures, and equipment used to accomplish volumes coordination with all involved parties

·       Develop strong, positive relationships with customer contacts to establish the company as the preferred service provider

·       Maintain administrative reports for management of the NGL commercial business via open position/inventory schedules, customer nomination changes, historical volume movements and other schedules as required

·       Work closely with the business development group to ensure that product and pipeline activities are delivered accurately on time and in a manner consistent with the approved contracts

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Minimum of 3-5 years of NGL experience

·       Bachelor’s degree with an exception for industry experience

·       Interpersonal communication skills are required in order to interface with all affected teams, personnel, and vendors; able to work in a self-directed work team with minimum supervision

·       Must be proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office software modules, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and others

·       Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends

·       Regular and reliable attendance

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Right Angle Experience      

·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

·       Motivated individual capable of working independently and as part of a team

·       Excellent attention to detail with ability to consistently provide accurate and timely work

·       Strong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills

·       Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments and completing deadlines
