JOB FUNCTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Fielding customer inquiries, developing lasting commercial relationships and assisting in Business Development efforts

·       Oversee customer accounts, contract negotiations and profitability of existing NGL marketing business

·       Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to Targa management

·       Provide analytical support to Targa's Condensate Marketing group (TCM) to include constructing commercial and operational spreadsheets to inform, organize, and improve communication

·       Coordinate deliveries via truck, rail, pipeline, and barge with Transportation/Distribution Department

·       Monitor and manage inventory levels at plants and Mt. Belvieu

·       Conduct weekly contract performance reporting

·       Manage accounts receivable timeliness and credit limits with customer accounts.

·       Generate business performance reports

·       Participate in Targa’s morning trading meeting and Targa’s afternoon distribution meeting

·       Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills

·       Ability and willingness to travel by car or air, including nights and weekends

·       Ability to work a hybrid office/home schedule

·       Experience in using Microsoft Office, and related computer communication and analysis tools (Analysis using Microsoft Excel)

·       Regular and reliable attendance

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

·       At least 3 years of NGL/Crude scheduling experience

·       Familiarity with RightAngle
