MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university
- Strong mathematical / quantitative skills
- Enjoys "number-crunching" and analysis
- Can manage multiple assignments simultaneously and assign priorities
- Ability to work in a team environment - strong interpersonal skills.
- Listens to customer needs and remains effective and positive when dealing with difficult or unsatisfied customers.
- Candidate must be able to demonstrate ability to apply quantitative analysis techniques through use of MS Excel.
- Ability to work extended hours during cold weather season.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Business, Economics, Math, Accounting or Marketing
- Customer service experience.
- Experience with MS Office – especially Excel.
