Maximo Operations Support Specialist

Minimum Essential Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• 3 years’ experience using Maximo and or equivalent CMS Maintenance Management system, including Planning & Scheduling.

• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

• Ability to lead and develop training sessions and material.

• Interpersonal communication skills are required to interface with all affected teams, personnel, and vendors.

• Strong work ethic with demonstrated ability to effectively work with minimum supervision / Team Player.

• Solid computer skills to include Microsoft Office Software.

• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and respond to requests as needed to fulfill business objectives.

• Ability to lift, push, and pull at least a minimum of 50lbs.

• Ability to work in changing climate conditions.

• Able to travel as needed to fulfill business objectives.

• Able to work in close quarters: i.e., work while kneeling, squatting, sitting, climbing, and standing.

• Follow and adhere to all applicable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines (ex: eye protection, footwear, Nomex). 

• Regular and reliable attendance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 years of Maximo experience in the oil and gas industry.

• An Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school focused on IT.

• Experience with Adhoc Birt and Power BI reports within Maximo, including functional knowledge of Maximo Oil and Gas modules.

• Knowledge of Maximo spatial Linear assets.
