MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance related field
- 5-10 years progressive experience in commodity accounting
- 3-5 years supervisory experience
- Initiative and leadership in unstructured work environments, handling multiple job responsibilities, setting priorities, maintaining a high level of accomplishment, and implementing improvements to processes.
- Experience using an ETRM for daily accounting functions.
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to listen carefully and use clear and concise oral and written skills to convey facts and present positions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Can grasp complex business problems and formulate solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external customers.
- Thrives in a fast paced, dynamic, high-performance culture with the ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- CPA
- Experience in liquids accounting
- Experience in Allegro, RightAngle and/or Oracle Financials Cloud
