Learning & Development Specialist
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related degree.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in learning and development or similar role.
- Experience with LMS administration.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a high degree of initiative and flexibility.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
- Strong customer service skills desired.
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
