MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma/GED
- Minimum of 3+ years of payroll work experience
- Solid computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite.
- Minimum of intermediate skillset and experience in Excel needed
- Proficient knowledge, experience, and skillset in working with payroll and benefits software systems. UltiPro is a plus.
- Weekly work schedule of 40 hours, Monday through Friday, with ability to work overtime as necessary
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain complete confidentiality.
- Ability to prioritize daily work schedule and function with minimum supervision.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and accuracy of work is required
- Regular and reliable attendance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 to 3 years’ experience with UltiPro
- Kronos Dimensions experience
- Advanced Excel knowledge and experience
- Payroll accounting and/or tax experience or knowledge is beneficial
