Internal Communications Analyst

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, human resources or a related field required.
- 2 – 5 years of proven experience in internal communications, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different styles and formats for various audiences.
- Foundational understanding of communication strategies and graphic design best practices.
- Ability to link objectives and expectations of multiple stakeholders, to identify opportunities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Demonstrated creativity and initiative in developing communication materials.
- Experience in video production and editing a plus.
- High attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to successfully execute projects with varied stakeholders and priorities.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
