Identity Access Management Analyst

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

• Hands-on experience supporting IAM processes or related IT/security functions

• Working knowledge of IAM concepts including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews

• Familiarity with directory services such as Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID

• Basic to intermediate experience with scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell)

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills

• Regular and reliable attendance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience supporting IAM platforms such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, or similar solutions

• Exposure to access governance, audits, or compliance activities

• Security certifications such as Security+, SC-300, or Okta certifications

• Experience working in regulated or enterprise IT environments

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
