POSITION SUMMARY:
As an Identity Access Management (IAM) Analyst III, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our organization's information systems. The position involves managing user access, defining and enforcing access policies, and monitoring compliance with security standards. The IAM Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain effective identity and access management solutions that safeguard sensitive data and protect against unauthorized access.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Access Provisioning and De-provisioning:
- Administer user access requests, approvals, and provisioning processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate assignment of access rights based on job roles and responsibilities.
- Execute de-provisioning procedures promptly upon employee terminations or role changes.

- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's user identity lifecycle.
- Implement and enhance processes for identity creation, modification, and deletion.
- Conduct periodic access reviews to ensure ongoing compliance with security policies.

- Access Governance and Compliance:
- Collaborate with internal audit teams to assess and address identity and access management risks.
- Enforce compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
- Generate and analyze access reports to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities.

- Incident Response and Troubleshooting:
- Investigate and resolve access-related incidents, anomalies, or security breaches.
- Provide support for access-related issues, working closely with IT support and helpdesk teams.
- Implement corrective measures to prevent the recurrence of identified security issues.

- Technology Integration and Enhancement:
- Evaluate, implement, and manage IAM tools and technologies to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing infrastructure.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in IAM for continuous improvement.

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree.
- Proven experience in Identity Access Management or a related security role.
- Familiarity with IAM concepts, principles, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of directory services, authentication, and authorization protocols.
- Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation tasks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with IAM solutions such as SailPoint, Okta, or Microsoft Identity Manager.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Industry certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
- Experience with IAM solutions such as SailPoint, Okta, or Microsoft Identity Manager.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
