MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management, Finance/Accounting, Computer Science or related discipline/equivalent work experience
  • 5-7 years of work related experience
  • Systems production support and testing experience
  • Experience in Oracle Financials Cloud or Oracle EBS and how the system processes as well as tables impacted in the processing of transactions
  • Interpersonal communication skills are required to interface with all affected teams, personnel, and vendors.
  • Ability to think critically, solve problems independently and exercise excellent judgment and common sense
  • An organized and detail-oriented self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work self-sufficiently given direction and resources
  • Well-grounded, preferring to work in a collegial and team environment
  • Intermediate computer skills (Proficiency in MS Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Able to multitask between production support, enhancements, testing and special projects
  • Functional experience with ERP systems (Oracle Financials Cloud or Oracle EBS)
  • Working knowledge of SQL and related products, and ability to write functional queries
  • Strong accounting and business acumen with a strong understanding of financial business processes
  • Understanding of audit and regulatory requirements, including SOD controls, and the ability to track and provide support
  • Experience with Oracle Security’s configurations and maintenance
  • Required to carry a cell phone and be available outside of normal work hours, when necessary
  • Regular and reliable attendance is required
