Financial Accounting Analyst

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Up to 3 years of corporate accounting experience or a combination of public accounting and financial accounting experience
• Foundational knowledge of GAAP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to adjust style depending on audience
• Strong self-management and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt as business needs and priorities change
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Regular and reliable attendance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• CPA or CPA eligible
• Oracle and OneStream experience or exposure to other accounting systems is a plus
• Academic or professional experience with financial statement preparation or review
