MINUMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent years of experience, in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in Identity Access Management or a related security role.
- Proven leadership experience in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level IAM programs.
- In-depth knowledge of IAM principles, best practices, and industry standards.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Industry certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP-ISSAP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
- Experience with leading IAM solutions such as SailPoint, Okta, or Microsoft Identity Manager.
- Experience with modern IAM solutions and integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and execute IAM projects at an enterprise scale.
- Strong analytical and strategic-thinking skills.
