MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of and ability to apply learning theory and principles for the design, development and delivery of effective training materials.
- Excellent writing and critical thinking capabilities.
- Knowledge and understanding of talent management and succession planning theories and concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development or related discipline. Master’s degree highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Organizational Development and a Human Resources Business Partner role (or closely related field) in a leadership capacity, overseeing multiple areas within Human Resources such as Recruitment, Onboarding Administration etc. .
- Requires excellent communication skills, verbal and written including presentation skills to multiple levels of the organization, including Senior Executive Management.
- Experience designing, implementing and administering learning and talent management systems preferred.
- Ability to lead the design, development and implementation of Human Resources programs, policies and strategies tailored to meet goals.
- Prior leadership experience overseeing multiple disciplines within Human Resources strongly preferred.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc. as well as utilization of HRIS applications.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing, designing and implementing comprehensive plans for learning systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and advanced project and program management skills.
- Superior relationship management skills, including competency in vendor management.
- Advanced project management and strong program management skills.
- Ability to understand and interpret Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Performance Metrics and Measurement strategies.
- Advanced facilitation and consulting skills.
