Director Engineering Standards &Technical Training
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- 15+ years industry experience in natural gas gathering, compression, processing, fractionation, construction, and/or operations
- Working knowledge of Industry Codes and Standards including, but not limited to ASME, DOT, API, etc. Must be able to reference and understand Industry Codes and Standards applicability to Midstream assets and operations.
- Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements (OSHA, PHMSA, etc.) and safe work practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Word, and Excel
- Ability to interface effectively with all levels within the company as well as organizations outside the company.
- Strong interpersonal, presenter, and communication skills
- Ability and willingness to travel at least 25% of the time, recognizing that in-person, hands-on training is significantly more effective and engaging than remote and/or computer-based training.
- Ability to design and conduct effective training programs (instructional design, presentation skills, managing the learning environment, etc.)
- Strong leadership abilities and skilled in developing a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent assignments
- Ability to identify work priorities and function with little supervision
- Regular and reliable attendance
