MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College Degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience working with complex agreement structures and a demonstrated proficiency drafting contracts, amendments, supplemental documents, and notices
  • Exposure to Natural Gas Midstream commercial terms, contracting structures, and an understanding of natural gas gathering and processing
  • Ability to accurately draft and analyze complex commercial agreements and to identify, interpret, and capture critical document data in an assigned system
  • Demonstrated history of being results driven, taking initiative, taking a high degree of personal accountability, and possessing the ability to work independently and within/across teams
  • Must be able to multi-task and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate with different levels of stakeholders and maintain a calm demeanor in high pressure situations
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have an aptitude with various systems including the ability to easily learn and adapt to new software
  • Able to work efficiently in an open work area
  • Regular and reliable attendance

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience managing records and contract briefs in a Contract Management System
  • Prior experience and exposure to commonly used industry systems including Waterfield, Quorum, RightaNGLe, Allegro or ContractLogix
