MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 3+ years' experience with LOA administration and benefits.
  • Familiarity with payroll and benefits software systems. UKG Pro (Ultipro) is a plus.
  • Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite with advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  
  • Ability to work 40+ hours a week on a regular basis.
  • Ability to travel periodically (less than 5% of the time).
  • Regular and reliable attendance.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • 5+ years' experience with LOA administration and benefits.
