MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.
- 3+ years' experience with LOA administration and benefits.
- Familiarity with payroll and benefits software systems. UKG Pro (Ultipro) is a plus.
- Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite with advanced Excel knowledge.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work 40+ hours a week on a regular basis.
- Ability to travel periodically (less than 5% of the time).
- Regular and reliable attendance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years' experience with LOA administration and benefits.
