Air Quality Permitting Supervisor

MINIMAL ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of air quality regulations, permitting requirements, particularly within the midstream sector of the oil and gas industry.
• Proven experience in air quality permitting, compliance, or related environmental permitting roles.
• Strong understanding of air emission sources, control technologies, and monitoring techniques.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate a team of permitting specialists.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to supervise and motivate a team of permitting specialists.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with environmental management information systems (EMIS) and continuous improvement methodologies.
