POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the VP of Operations & Engineering, this position is responsible for providing administrative services to members of a Leadership team to liaise and maintain strong, effective communications with internal and external individuals and various organizations. This role requires exceptional communication and customer service skills in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
The schedule is Monday – Friday with standard business hours at our Denver office. Free parking on-site.

JOB FUNCTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Responsible for providing complex office administration which includes maintaining and coordinating appointments, schedules and calendars by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, events, and travel.
•    Coordinate travel arrangements as necessary, as well as process travel expenses.
•    Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, and answering or directing inquiries.
•    Respond to general inquiries and forward to the appropriate department when necessary.
•    Must be able to work on confidential and sensitive tasks and projects and always maintain high confidentiality.
•    Prepare documents, including Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, attendee lists, and similar documents.
•    Assist Facility Services with Floor management responsibilities as needed.
•    Provide backup to other administration support personnel as needed.
•    Ordering supplies and keeping the supply area organized and stocked.
•    Assist with onboarding new employees.
•    Back-up support to facilities coordinator. Process mail.
•    Coordinate lunches, training, and companywide events.
•    Create and process POs in Oracle (OFC)
•    Other duties as assigned.
 

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
•    Five to ten years of executive administrative/assistant experience.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams
•    Licensed Notary Preferred
•    High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•    Experience in managing multiple calendars and travel logistics.
•    Experience processing invoices (preferred experience in OFC), creating reports and presentations.
•    Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work harmoniously in a team setting.
•    Ability to prioritize daily work schedule and function with minimum supervision.
•    Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
•    Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands, and able to deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.
•    Exceptional presentation skills.
•    Ability to work overtime and adjust work schedule with minimum notice.
•    Able to lift 25 pounds to move files and retrieve information.
•    Regular and reliable attendance.
